Don’t stress yourself with things you can’t control


In our everyday life we encounter a lot of stress. We face a lot of emotions that sometimes we can’t actually control. We hear and read a lot of negativity in our social media accounts, negativity that in a certain point we are affected by it. In our daily routine we encounter different people that we don’t know why we need to entertain them. Everyday, reading on my Facebook account I can’t really imagine why this world is full of hatred and anger. Politics and even on their personal statuses. 
Minsan talaga kahit anong gawin natin na iwasan ay hindi natin magawa. Dealing in different stress everyday ay parang nakikipag buno tayo sa isang kaaway na alam natin na wala tayong laban. Stress dyan lang yan sa araw araw at hindi natin maiiwasan o malalabanan pero kaya naman nating i-manage diba? 
 
Once in a while try to sip a cup of coffee to release your unwanted emotions. To distress yourself from the toxicity of work and everyday detractors. Coffee helps to stimulate your mind and helps you relax for a while. It has a capacity to lessen your depression and anxiety and also it helps to reduce your suicidal tendency. Iyong bang uupo ka sa isang tabi tapos hihigop ng paborito mong kape, Habang nakatingin sa paligid mo at parang nakikipagugnayan ka sa bawat emosyon ng mga taong dumadaan.

Learn to relax even in a minute of your life. Proper breathing is one of the best and most common practices in different field of works. Inhale and exhale to relax and to calm down your emotions. Do it everyday or at least when you feel that you need it. Ihihinga na lang natin ang mga masasamang enerhiya na nagbibigay sa atin ng emosyon o stress na hindi natin maiwasan. Nandiyan na yan ang gawin natin ay kontrolin natin ang emosyon na maaring magpalala sa ating nararamdaman. Ngiti lang diba at lakihan mo.
We can’t really keep the stress for the rest of our day. We can’t hold it for a longer time. We can’t avoid it but at least try to manage it. Sadyang hindi talaga natin maiiwasan ang mga bagay bagay na ayaw nating manyari. Kahit iwasan natin ang mga ito darating at darating talaga siya lalo na sa punto kong saan ay lunod na lunod kana sa enerhiya nang emosyon. 

May mga pangyayari na kahit ilang ulit na nating nakakalimutan ay paulit ulit paring bumabalik sa atin. Minsan naiisip ko na lang kong pwede ko bang panghawakan na lang ang emosyon ko at hwag na itong pakawalan? Minsan naiisip ko na Am I really worthy enough to let you back in my life or I’m just pretending na mahal ko pa rin ang bagay na iyan? Hindi ko makontrol pero kaya kong imanipula ang bawat araw na kakaisip sa kong ano ang pwedeng mangyari sa akin kong sakaling sagutin ko ang isa sa mga tanong na yan. Ayoko na munang isipin yan. Mag aantay na lang ako ng sagot kong kailan lilipas din ang oras na naging masaya ako sa bisig nang aking nakaraan. This is the only stress in my life right now that I can’t really control. I want to let my emotions go and let it to the way that I want.
